In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and promotion-specific terms, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

To claim and use any bonus, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where Mostbet operates legally. You must have completed identity verification (KYC) as required by our Anti-Money Laundering policy before any bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted. Duplicate or multiple accounts created to claim bonuses repeatedly will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) before you can withdraw any bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus. Typical wagering multipliers range from 30x to 40x the bonus value. Wagering is calculated as the total stake placed on eligible games; only bets that are fully settled count toward the requirement. If your account balance falls to zero before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds are forfeited.

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward your wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of all wagers. Table games, live casino games, and video poker generally contribute 10–20% of wagers, or may be excluded entirely depending on the promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture if wagering is not completed using eligible games only.

While a bonus is active on your account, your maximum bet per spin or round is limited to prevent abuse. The maximum bet is typically set at PKR 500 or 10% of your active bonus amount, whichever is lower. Placing bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being forfeited and any associated winnings being voided. This limit applies to all games and remains in effect until the wagering requirement is fully met or the bonus expires.

All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Once claimed, bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit to your account. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited and removed from your account. The validity period cannot be extended, and expired bonuses cannot be reclaimed.

Some bonuses may carry a maximum win cap, which limits the total amount you can withdraw from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is specified on the promotion page and applies only to the bonus portion of your winnings; winnings from your own deposited funds are not subject to this limit. Once you have met the wagering requirement, you may withdraw your winnings up to any applicable maximum win limit. Any excess winnings above the cap are forfeited.

Decisions regarding bonus cancellation are final and not subject to appeal.

These Bonus Terms are supplementary to the Mostbet Terms & Conditions.
